- Course Enrollment & Access
2.1. Users may enroll in online courses via our website. Enrollment grants personal, non-transferable access to the purchased course materials.
2.2. Course access durations may vary and are specified at the time of enrollment.
2.3. SkillsEquip may update, modify, or discontinue courses without prior notice.
- Payment Policies
3.1. Course fees are payable at the time of enrollment through the accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.
3.2. Prices are subject to change, and SkillsEquip is not responsible for pricing errors.
3.3. Payment transactions are securely processed, but SkillsEquip is not liable for any third-party payment processor issues.
- Refund Eligibility
4.1. Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Course access has not been utilized beyond the first module.
- Refund requests are submitted within 7 days of purchase.
4.2. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
4.3. No refunds are granted for completed courses, downloadable materials, or certificates.
- Intellectual Property Rights
5.1. All course content, including text, videos, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of SkillsEquip or its licensors.
5.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any course materials without written permission.
5.3. Unauthorized use of content may result in legal action.
- Prohibited Conduct

7.2. Users whose accounts are terminated due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

8.1. SkillsEquip provides courses “as is” and does not guarantee specific learning outcomes or career success.
8.2. We are not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or third-party service failures.
8.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillsEquip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
